Mona de Lacey is a 6x Karate World Champion. She holds a Master's of Sport Psychology with Honors. Mona is also the 2018 Commonwealth Bronze Medalist in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. She has represented South Africa in Weightlifting on the International stage for 20 years.

As the over achiever she is, she was also a 2011 CrossFit Games athlete.
