Chris Kirk

Dr. Chris Kirk is a PhD graduate from Liverpool John Moores University and is now lecturing sports science at Sheffield Hallam University. He is also an applied physiologist working with athletes. His specialisms include training load assessment and management, S&C, and I’m currently starting research into concussion management in combat sports training.
